Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving Figurine to report your claim, and our friendly customer care department will follow through with your claim. A claim must be reported for you to receive a full refund, so please do not send your order back unless you are instructed to do so.  Any damaged order returned without permission will not be credited for return shipping fees only purchase price. A refund will be issued within 2 business days for the cost of the product only and only if all paperwork is returned and box is in the condition it was sent out.

All items must be returned in the same condition and with box inserts as it was sent out
